ARTF Donors convened with the Afghan government and the Management Committee in Kabul on 29 July, 2009. The meeting was the first quarterly meeting of SY1388. Donors welcomed the proposed transition of ARTF towards program bvased resource allocation in line with government priorities. The Minister of Finance also welcomed the donor's support for the Ministry of Finance's economic reform agenda through the ARTF Incentive Program.
